The on-water display includes the MCY 70, MCY 80 and the MCY 86 through an open weekend from 1^st to 2^nd April, at the Club Marina Cove in Sai Kung. MCY 80 is no doubt the highlight of the show, as this latest model was awarded with “Best Layout” at the Cannes Yachting Festival 2016 shortly after its debut in Trieste, Italy.

MCY 70

Monte Carlo Yachts announces its new 30-meter, the latest expression of the renowned MCY design and identity

DÜSSELDORF, 22 JANUARY, 2017. Monte Carlo Yachts has announced the development of the new MCY 96, an almost 30 meter yacht that both further develops the MCY “Future Classic” design philosophy and technical specifications and boosts the company’s collection through a unique vessel with superyacht scope and defining traits.

The new MCY 96 has been designed according to the highest standards on the market and complies with RINA Pleasure or RINA Charter Class certifications. Upon request, the new model can also be certified according to CE-A category standards to be utilized as a pleasure boat or according to MCA MGN 280. The possibility to choose the preferred type of certification represents a quite unique feature and a highly significant added value for the owner.

Following the success of the award-winning MCY 105, the MCY 96 enters the MCY collection as the result of Monte Carlo Yachts’ prominent and continued investments in the superyacht category, and will be followed by new models in the next future.

On January 13^th 2017, leading luxury yacht dealer Asia Yachting, along with prestigious Italian luxury yacht brand Monte Carlo Yachts (MCY) introduced the MCY 80 to Hong Kong and Asia through media sea trial and an evening of cocktails and canapes at the prestigious Aberdeen Marina Club. The MCY 80 is the 6^th and newest model in the MCY collection. The yacht was revealed in Trieste in July 2016, and earned the “Best Layout” award at the Cannes Yachting Festival for yachts between 80ft. and 120ft. in September 2016 shortly after the debut.

Asia Yachting recently sold centrally listed Sunseeker Predator 68 after the yacht took part in the Asia Yachting Weekend Brokerage Boat Show. The yacht will be shipped to her new home in New Zealand just in time for the holiday season.

The 3-year-old Sunseeker Predator 68 was known in Hong Kong for her sleek black figure on the waters. At a total length of 71.17ft. (21.7m), the boat was constantly complimented by boating enthusiast. Her previous owner kept her in near-new condition made her highly desirable all around the globe.

Throughout the past 6 months, Asia Yachting has organized two separate brokerage boat shows in Hong Kong, involving 10 individual brokerage yachts on the Hong Kong market. Brokerage boats involved the shows range from 40ft. to 100ft., including well-known brands from Azimut, Ferretti, Sunseeker, Monte Carlo Yachts, and Princess, to Asian boat makers like Horizon and Heysea.

Since the inauguration of Asia Yachting’s brokerage boat shows, the company has successfully sold a number of brokerage boats with many more deals in the making. With similar events coming up in 2017, Asia Yachting is keen to connect with owners who are struggling to sell their yacht.

Monte Carlo Yachts’ flagship was awarded in the prestigious Wings & Water Category (yachts from 100 to 195 feet) at the 57th Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show.

Monte Carlo Yachts’ flagship, the MCY 105, has been celebrated by the American public during its official American Premiere at the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show where more than 400 people attended the exclusive cocktail prepared for the occasion. The MCY 105 was also awarded with the prestigious Robb Report BEST OF THE BEST award in the Wings & Water Category (yachts from 100 to 195 feet), a great success for the company as this award-winning 32-meter yacht enters the American market.

Robb Report’s annual Best of the Best awards, the connoisseur’s guide to the world’s finest new automobiles, yachts, hotels, watches, wines, and more. Hand selected by the editors at Robb Report, the awards highlight over 150 Best of the Best award winners with hallmark brands including McLaren, Bottega Veneta, Rolls-Royce, Vacheron Constantin, Chanel, Ermenegildo Zegna, Mandarin Oriental, Hermès, Kiton, Breguet, Bentley, Ducati and Embraer.

This is what Michael Verdon from Robb Report wrote about the winning MCY 105: “Two things in particular distinguish this Italian-made 105-footer: an inventive interior and a short build time. The full-beam master suite is located in the bow – instead of amidships – and measures 484 square feet. That’s the size of a 150-foot yacht’s master suite. Monte Carlo Yachts builds the interior spaces and the hull concurrently, completing the inside as a single, separate module and then inserting it into the hull. The process cuts the build time to less than 6 months, which is half as long as it would take to finish a yacht this size using a traditional construction method.”

At 32 meters, the MCY 105 is the largest in the collection to date, and a most tangible exemplification of both the company’s vision and best expression of Monte Carlo Yacht’s timeless style and the naval allure of the MCY collection. Featuring the MCY collection’s iconic design elements such as a perfect balance of the hull and superstructure, a painstaking attention given to proportions, and an inherent dynamism of the lines coupled with a glowing distribution of light in the interiors, the MCY 105 is elegant and instantly recognisable, and the imposing bulwarks and high bow award the boat with the naval allure so distinctive of the timeless MCY style.
