Live out your sailing dreams aboard the Leopard 50. This catamaran is everything you envisioned, plus so much more. With a never-before-seen lounging flybridge of this size, the Leopard 50 incorporates the best attributes from its predecessor and 2012 Boat of the Year, the Leopard 48. Now, with even more living space and options, your journey ahead is boundless.
Designed to replace one of the best-selling Leopard Catamarans of all time, the Leopard 50 is the reincarnation of the award-winning Leopard 48. With no detail overlooked, the Leopard 50 embodies luxury sailing at its very best. Sea trialed and tested off the coast of South Africa, its performance, comfort and handling are a remarkable testament to Leopard’s lineage and commitment to crafting the best vessels in the world.
Expertly built by Robertson & Caine and designed by naval architects Simonis Voogd, the Leopard 50’s sleek profile is instantly recognizable. Equal parts sport and luxury, the exterior styling has been revamped to give the hull a more sophisticated look that includes a hardtop and continuous side windows.
Light, bright and open, this is intentional living at sea. With a thoughtfully designed layout, this catamaran is ideal for anyone seeking more indoor and outdoor living space. The lounge of the Leopard 50 features a traditional flybridge that also keeps the helm station well-protected behind the bulkhead and equally protected by a dedicated hard top. A key design feature on all Leopard Catamarans is direct access and visibility into the aft cockpit.
Space reigns supreme. Without any interference from the boom, those on board can move about the flybridge and experience ample headroom while under sail. Passengers can enjoy this flybridge space that includes a lounge area, table and sunbed with a shade awning. Here, there is always time to relax, reset and recharge, with no detail of the experience overlooked, right down to the optional exterior speakers.
Move inside and select three, four or five cabin configurations all with private ensuite heads and their own designated shower area. Cabins feature island berths that allow access from both sides providing a setting that feels like home. There is also a utility room for live aboard and an extensive options list that provides the ultimate livability and comfort.
