Location – Asia Yachting is continuously growing its activities in Asia and is looking for a senior yacht broker and junior Yacht Brokers for its operations in Thailand, The Philippines and Hong Kong.

Job Descriptions
• Work alongside senior brokers in servicing new and existing clients.
• Learning all aspects of the yacht sales industry.
• Seeking out new brokerage listings and sales opportunities.
• Attend all the company marketing events.
• Networking within marinas and beyond.
• To perform ad hoc projects as required.
• Preparing and keeping updated brokerage listings to advertise to the market.
• Responding effectively and in a timely manner to yacht enquiries.

Candidate Requirements
Candidate must be hungry with high achievement motivation, emotional intelligence, good organization / time management skill with attention to details and work with maturity and integrity.
• Sales & administration / accounting & legal / hospitality/ customer servicing backgrounds are all welcome.
• Customer-centric mindset, strong ability to network with, relate to and understand high-net-worth individuals.
• Discreet and be able to maintain confidentiality.
• Excellent command in both written and spoken English.
• Outgoing and energetic with strong passion in the luxury or yachting industry.
• Strong interpersonal, social and communication skills.
• Be able to work effectively under pressure and be a team player.
• Previous sales experience within luxury goods sector (automotive, property, jewelry or etc) is an advantage.
• Some yachting knowledge is an advantage.
• International working or previous experience in Asia is a plus.
• Able to respectfully work in different cultural environments.
